Perfection Centerless is a small business with a lot to offer: thrufeed, infeed/plunge grinding, pressure roll and form grinding — work conducted by skilled floor employees on seven machines in excellent condition.

Perfection has experience with both small lots and high volume orders, and has worked for companies in a number of industries including aerospace and automotive. In short, we have the know-how to successfully execute just about any grinding project — but if we don’t, we’ll direct you to someone who can.

It’s experience that’s lead to a thorough understanding of our machines, the work that’s involved, and the little things that lead to fewer scrapped parts and the ability to tackle a wide variety of grinds.

Attention to detail

We’re committed to quality. And to help ensure all our work meets your expectations, we complete first piece inspection paperwork on all first time jobs and will perform piece-by-piece inspection upon request. We create job cards on all active part numbers to ensure they’re completed the same way each time, and provide a certificate of compliance for every job shipped.

Excellent turn-around

At Perfection, we don’t do delivery windows. We value the importance of time and know you do too, so we tell our customers exactly when to expect a completed job. We are, after all, dealing with precision.

We also offer pick-up and delivery, and have a loading dock and forklifts available for large runs.

There’s no maze of command to wind your way through at Perfection; customers deal directly with the president, which means real answers and quick solutions. It’s the president who listens to all your project needs, and the president — not another employee or subcontractor — who provides the quote. Chances are, you’ll even call him by his first name.
